A Day at the Race

Saturday was the race for the cure and it was Drex's first race. He was so very good even though we got up before the roosters....way before the roosters!

Drex's dedication

I'm so behind...Drex was dedicated at church a few Sunday's ago and I'm just now getting around to posting the pics. I'm behind in everything!

Parents who make this vow of commitment are instructed to raise the child in the ways of God, and not according to their own ways. Some of the responsibilities include teaching and training the child in God's Word, demonstrating an example of godliness, disciplining according to God's ways, and praying earnestly for the child.

I was 2 months old Sunday!

I turned 2 whole months old Sunday and my mimi is JUST NOW getting around to adding my pics.

I get picture mail almost every day from Nikki. I am sure going to miss these little surprises in my phone when she goes back to work. This is the one I got today.

Thursday we took Drex to get his shots. I think I shed more tears than he did but boy did  he scream! I hated seeing those tiny pinpricks of blood. His nana will be here tomorrow when we get out of church so he will be getting some extra loving for the next 9 or 10 days. I hope he one day realizes how loved he is.....
